You understand that by entering your name and email address on the Home page that you are subscribing to a free, no obligation “parenting advice” email course / newsletter. This newsletter is offered as a free service by Power to the Aspies and no purchase is necessary. On occasion, subscribers have had trouble removing themselves from this free newsletter. By entering your details on the Home page, you agree that you wish to be subscribed to this newsletter, and that you will make no threats, and take no additional action against Power to the Aspies or www.powertotheaspies.com in the event you are unhappy that you subscribed or are not able to remove yourself from this free mailing list, and you agree that the small inconvenience of receiving this unwanted newsletter will cause you no personal, emotional, or financial harm whatsoever. 6. Notice about testimonials

Testimonials are all true, reflect the opinions and experiences of real users of Power to the Aspies products and/or services, and are submitted to Power to the Aspies voluntarily by customers. If you would like to submit a testimonial to Power to the Aspies you agree that it becomes the exclusive property of Power to the Aspies, which for example includes the rights to reproduce, edit (for length but not general content), and/or publish the testimonial, which may include your name or initials and city/state/country of residence. Some customers that have submitted testimonials may have received a Power to the Aspies product or service as a “thank you” in appreciation for the time they invested to write or record their testimonials. We appreciate your testimonials, so many thanks!

7. Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund. Where appropriate, products must be in the condition in which you received them and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in US dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.

8. Your conduct

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials (“content”), made available publicly or privately, will be under the sole responsibility of the person providing the said content, or of the person whose user account is used.
